Lock it for balance. Double-foot spring balance training with full core, hip, and ankle activation.

Spin it for turns. Unlock the mechanism for pirouette training, promenade drills, and turnout work. Springs plus rotation for the most demanding balance challenge available.

Flip it for drills. Turn the board over for elevated two-foot exercises on the flat base.
