Return Policy
1. Time Frame: You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
2. Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and securely packaged.
3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your original order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
4. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.
5. Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange a product, you are responsible for shipping costs both ways — returning the original item and shipping the new one.
Refund Policy
1. Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error in your order.
3. Deductions: Any free shipping provided on the original order, along with the 15% restocking fee, will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Damaged Items
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery.
• Bellenae will cover return shipping on damaged items.
