Three Training Modes, BODYTECH Approved

Lock it for balance. Three springs, double-foot platform, full core and lower body activation. The same resistance and stability training as the standard Bellenae Balancer.

Spin it for turns. Unlock the spin mechanism for pirouette training, promenade work, and turnout drills. Springs plus rotation creates the most demanding balance challenge in the Bellenae collection.

Flip it for drills. Turn the board over for elevated two-foot exercises on the flat, non-slip base.
