Three Training Modes, One Board

Lock it for pure balance. Lock the spinning mechanism and train on three springs as a standard double-foot balance board. Full core activation, ankle stability work, and two-foot coordination drills — no rotation, just responsive spring resistance.

Spin it for turn training. Unlock the spin mechanism and add rotation to every exercise. Train pirouettes, promenades, and turnout drills with the combined challenge of springs and spinning. Your core has to stabilise against both forces simultaneously — this is the most demanding balance and turn training available.

Flip it for elevated drills. Turn the board over to use the flat base with non-slip mat for two-foot standing exercises on a raised platform.
